Getting ready to migrate to another server, and I'm looking at MAX to replace 2 MS2.

Are the MAX database parameters the same, or is it relatively simple to tweak my existing db to work with MAX? Please note that I'm relatively new at all this, even though I did get osC tweaked and running.
