Shipping Option Problems

I'm can't seem to find my error here, but when I go to the checkout/shipping page for a test order, I get 2 available options but no way to select them. I am using UPS and USPS and i have accounts with both. I get the following message on the checkout page:

United Parcel Service
We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.
Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown.

United States Postal Service
An error occured with the USPS shipping calculations.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.


If anyone has any ideas/suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. This is only hold-up for my site being complete.

Okay, after much digging, I found that using extended Zip codes (5+4) screws up part of the shipping mods. I still don't have my full shipping options. GETTING DESPARATE!

More digging and a solution to this problem for those who may run into it. Uninstall and then reinstall the shipping modules. Worked for me!
