Problem with language after install

Hi,

I just installed MAx and it is great but i have a problem. If I call the admin page I get the following error:

Warning: main(includes/languages/german/login.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/hsphere/local/home/francebe/osc.sf-design.net/catalog/admin/login.php on line 58

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/languages/german/login.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/hsphere/local/home/francebe/osc.sf-design.net/catalog/admin/login.php on line 58

If I call the Page with http://osc.sf-design.net/catalog/adm...hp?language=en then everything is okay.
If I change to german language now it works (excecpt some headings). The language files are in the right place (didn't changed something)

It is very strange. Can anybody help me ?

Copy the login.php file from english language dir to german language dir
