 Customer Password Reset Fails On the site the customer reset is initiated and the email is sent to the customer. The email arrives and yet the password and email combination is not working. It still gives the error message. Is there a location to configure the --------------------------- A new password was requested from 75.66.10.168. Your new password to 'COGIC Publishing House' is: 92ewx ---------------------------- Error: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password. Why is that      |
