Easy Populate >> Product's attributes duplicated

I've been using Easy Populate for a while both in live OSCMax 1.7 and now i tested in a local 2.0R2 store, and always have the same problem, my spreadsheet has added attribute columns that never existed, and weirdly duplicated some of the other attributes, if I edit the script in Excel and upload it again, even if I empty all database fields, the same happens, is not EOREOR, missing, because I checked if it is present in all lines. I'm really stuck with this because, every time I try to do quick fix the same happens.
I am not sure if it's related to some simple html tags, such as <br> in the products description. I tried everything split the list, input a few fields(4) ... and it 's always the same.
It does something like these if a product has an attribute called memory and sub-attributes called 128, 256, 512, 1Gb. It creates new sub-attributes such as 132, 133, 134, 135, then stops and duplicates several times 128 and so on ...
After deleting all those colums in the spreadsheet and add new products the same problem repeats again.
