Question about customer’s state information and database! Question,
I my using OSC-Max 1.7 in all five of my web retail sites and I am not using any zones either in my pricing or shipping checkout sequences and I noticed that the customer’s state information/“state_entry” is not being recorded into my database is this normal for this shopping cart?

RE: Question about customer’s state information and database Make sure in ADMIN:
Configuration > Customer Details > State is set to True.
Configuration > Minimum Values > State is set to 2
