Delivery Information - No change shipping address

I'm needing to disable whatever is needed to prevent customers from changing the shipping address for their order. I have a note beside Address on the create_account that says "Address must be the same as on your credit card." So, my question is... How can I prevent customers from changing the shipping address? Using MAX v1.7.

Well, I was not able to disable anything but I was able to go into /templates/osC/content/chechout_shipping.tpl.php and just remove the change address button. This will work fine. I will also need to remove the add address section from the My Account page.
