My client would like another contact us page to be made so people can request her catalog be sent via mail. The new contact us page will have a space for name, email, street address, and a comment section. I copied the contact us page and added the new fields.
I've already made this page but the only thing that shows up in the email is the space for the enquiry because the page is a duplicate of the contact us page. My question is, how do I get all the new fields to show up? Is there a tutorial for adding another field to the current contact us page? This may be a better start.
