Upsell Module?

I've searched around, but I can't find a contribution for 'upselling' additional products. What I am interested in, is something similar to what GoDaddy (http://www.godaddy.com) uses when checking out. For example, when you check out in GoDaddy, the process asks 'would you be interested in hosting.'

So, say for example, someone was to add a CD Player to their cart at my store. I would like to be able to bring them to a screen that asks 'Would you like to add an extended warranty for this product?'

I know about Xsell, but this is different. Any ideas? Thanks so much.

Have you considered setting up options like you're suggesting, by using the built-in 'Products Attributes' facility within Admin? I've not needed to use it myself yet, but it might do what you need. Definitely worth a look, if you haven't already ruled it out.

Thanks for the suggestion nemail. I really want some kind of sales tool that is 'in the shopper's face.' A way of boosting sales. Thanks!
