Modify Checkout page

I am sure this is in a stick or something, can someone direct me? My billing company NetBilling is asking me to add these two things to the checkout pages, can you tell me what page am I exactly supposed to modify so I dont screw up my install. The following is what they want done specifically:

1. On the check out page you must have a line of text the states " The charge on your credit card bill will appear as your company name on your credit card statement.

2. On the check out page you must also have a line of text that states " By clicking on the button label ( whatever the button name is such as click here to submit or continue ) you agree to our refund policy " ( which should be a link to your policy)

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I have learned alot putting up osCMax, just didnt know what exactly to modify...

forget it, i figured it out and was able to mod where it was...
