rotating banner

are banners supposed to rotate automatically from banner manager? or is there a special way to do this? my images do not rotate automatically. They only switch when I refresh the page.

They are only setup to switch when you navigate to a different page, or refresh the page like you did. I'm sure if you have knowledge of coding you can edit the banner.php file in includes/functions pretty easily to do what you want.
