Hiding the price untill registered

Hi,
Is it possible to hide price untill user register himself and registratin is approve by admin.
here what i want to do.. i want to start reselling shop and i dont want to show prices to every user .. only registered reseller can see the price of product. .and I want to approve menaully to every client who want to become my reseller.

I know it might be bit hard but i also know ther are lots of computer guru who can help me out.
