When I look at gv_send.php the spacing is correct.

The code looks correct the output looks different. Same spacing issues as mention in previous post. Can't figure it out. Hope someone has an idea.

I think the file you want may be located here:
catalog/admin/includes/languages/english/gv_mail.php
on line 34, put a space after the word 'code', so it looks like this... redemption code ');

In general, when trying to identify and fix stuff like this (spacing, spelling, grammar etc.) You could use the 'Find' command within a web design program, on the Catalog files on your local machine.
Key in the text you're trying to locate, and it should reveal all the possible files for changing. Note, there could be a few, depending on the error and if it's repeated in other language files/modules etc - so make sure you get the right one. Then upload it to the right location on your server and it'll overwrite the rogue one.

If you're ever doing a major change, make a copy of the original file, in case you mess up and need to reinstate it.
