usps shipping estimator

Does anyone know if this is available for osc-max and if not, does the normal oscommerce mod work in osc max?

The estimator I am talking is available after a person adds an item to their cart but before they log into purchase.

An example can be found at:

http://preciousbottom.com/

If you add any item to your cart a "shipping estimator" button appears at the bottom below the checkout button.

Is this item available?
