i included installation instructions in the last linkpoint update for OSC-MAX. It takes me less than 3 minutes to install this module Maybe thats because we do it like 6 times a week for clients!

Not exactly recomended with Master Products on the horizon, however I have hacked in Price Break 1.11.2

This is a working version of the How Did You Hear About Us Mod that was made for the normal oscommerce package. I have created new instructions with how i got it to work under max 1.7. It is tested and loaded on two shopping carts of mine.
