one click purchase to work with ms2 max?

Has anyone gotten the one_click_purchase mod at:

I have it implemented at www.fridgemags.com

The problem I am having is that the customer billing and shipping details are not passed to the database. In the extra order email sent to me i can see what they ordered and there payment method but not there shipping or billing details.

I have looked at the orders table in the database and the customer info is not there which tells me that the info submitted at checkout for billing details and shipping details is not being passed to the DB.

Place a test order at www.fridgemags.com to see the mod.

I dont want customers to be able to create an account and such.

I just want a simple order form which this mod seems to give me but the customer details are not being passed to the db.

Any info, ideas suggestions or tips ? PLeeasse?

I really need this mod to work it is perfect for my store.

I was wondering if you figured out what your problems was for this mod? I am very interested in know what you did to make this mod work with MAX.

By the way your site looks great, how long does it take to receive the signs once it is ordered?

I am not sure what was done to make it work because I hired a programmer to do it. Sorry.

The signs are shipped within 2-3 days.
