Problem with osC-PrintOrder with Store Logo v1.0

I've been installing osC-PrintOrder with Store Logo v1.0 on a ms2max 1.5. It all went ok until the directions said to add some code on the catalog/account_history_info.php, but the code to look for is not there.
The files to modify are
catalog/includes/languages/english.php
catalog/includes/application_top.php
catalog/includes/header.php
catalog/account_history_info.php
catalog/checkout_process.php
catalog/checkout_confirmation.php
catalog/checkout_success.php
So once again I got stuck on the 4th file (catal/account hist info.php
The code to look for does not match the file in question. I even looked at the file cata/includes/languages/account history info.php
Or this version is not compatible with the oscmax I'm using.
Please some feedback.

MS2-MAX uses BTS and moves most of the HTML out of the main files into templates. - check for a file with the extention of .tpl.php (ie: /catalog/templates/content/account_history_info.tpl.php)
