"Comment" line with Option Type Feature v1.6 contr

I just successfullly installed the Option Type Feature v1.6 on MS2-MAX1.5.5. Can anyone point me to some documentation (or give me some advice) on how to implement the "comment" feature. This is the feature that allows a custom comment to be displayed to the left of an option. The included README only says this:

The products_options_comment is the optional comment that is displayed next to the option. It is limited to 32 characters. (This limit can easily be changed by adjusting the size of the product_options_comment field.)

Other than that, there seems to be no instructions on how to add this additional function.

You have to edit it in the database.

I used Option type features to create a text field. I found that there is a field called filename(product attributes page). stick your comment in there.
It will pop up on the right side of the text box.
