In the information box BOX_INFORMATION_GV is displayed and not the value set in add_ccvgvdc_english.php. Also at checkout TABLE_HEADING_CREDIT is displayed and not it's value stored in the same file.

There are problems with your install. All the values are defined correctly, so something is messed up in your setup somewhere. Time to start tracking it down, or just re-install all the files, except your configure.php files and see if that works.
