Default admin module - open_basedir restriction

Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /home/www/web6/html/catalog/admin/login.php on line 58

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'includes/languages/german/login.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in /home/www/web6/html/catalog/admin/login.php on line 58

Directly after install I tried to view the admin page, but this error occured.
Did a chmod -R 777 ./* - but got the same error again ..
Who can help ???

Either you are running in PHP safe mode or you have 'register_globals' off. Both are set in php.ini.

open_basedir is set to the virt. webservers home ( /home/www/web5/ )

Is it possible to use include_path or something else to make /usr/shared/php reachable for MS2-MAX/admin ?

The Server is using CONFIXX 2.0 Prof. - any ideas ?
