Default upgrade problem

hello!

I have been stuck on the following error while trying to upgrade to MAX, I am using the web page upgrade/install:

"A test connection made to the database was NOT successful.

The error message returned is:

Access denied for user: 'myusername@server.myhost.com' (Using password: YES)"

I am trying to upgrade to the new version. Currently, the old version was not populated or had any data, so I can either upgrade or install fresh...any suggestions??
Thanks
Tedd

Install fresh. looks like you are using the wrong password to connect.

I also changed some of your post. Not a good idea to post your sql username and server...
