Do I have to do it for every page? Or is there just one page that controls the whole site look/feel.

take a look in the templates dir. The names of the templates tell you pretty much what they control.

The main_page.tpl.php is the major one you need to edit. But dont forget all the content templates. Those need to be edited as well to varying degrees.

Also, stylesheet.css in the /catalog dir will control the html styles.

I have been having problem with editing the templates in Dreamweaver MX. All of the other pages (non template) display correctly within Dreamweaver; however, the templates are not showing up as WYSIWYG and are not showing up in Explorer. Any help would be appreciated!
