no pop up images

im not getting any hyperlink for the pop up to work, everything is installed fine, but for some reason the image in the product description, the image just stays as a small image. Basically im not getting the enlarged image pop up to be functioning.

any help is much appreciated.

Have you manually FTP'd your larger images into the folder:
catalog/images/images_big
and checked the file names?

Have you configured dynamic mopics per the documentation?
