$ to £ problem

hello guys,
Can you help us Please please,
Purchased a template from the template shop 048
asked if this template was ok for uk use and was told yes.
after the insterlation we find that you can only purchase in $ and not £
(paypal).
We have been told by the template shop that for a extra $50.00
the problem can be put right.
So can anyone on here help ?

it's kind of hard to tell lin, can you post the shop link so it could be seen if it's an "image" issue, or just a setting in the language files...
