EasyPopulate documentation

Okay, I tried to find documentation on EasyPopulate, but I could not. I also tried my best to find a link in the forums for this. Can anyone let me know where I can get my hands on an EP manual? I'm using a site that was created by someone else and there was NO documentation with it at all.

Not sure if you have already found the docs, but here is a link to the current version. inside the zip is a docs folder with a manual.
