Default Banner Problem

I am trying to add a banner for Google but am having problems.
I created a group as 468x50 and posted my google code into the html field and clicked create.
However, I am receiving the following error -

You don't have permission to access /admin/banner_manager.php on this server.

I have set the permissions on this file (777) and still get the error.
Can anyone please help!?

prob not having this problem any more but i think there is a whole to do about banners in 1.7, i rember having a hard hard time trying to get them to work right.

But the easy fix is with in your template folder (which ever one your using, be it osC, AABOX, etc..) the file you need is main_page.tpl.php there are a few other files, like you could go to catalog/includes and edit the footer.php isted but i think the main page will do ya right. and if not check the footer file.
