easy populate errors

Hi Everyone,
I finally got my products on a spreed sheet and was ready to upload them on EP but when I pressed the button insert into data base, I got this error message:

I really need help please, I can't comprehend why I'm getting this message if I've done everything right.

make sure you actually have a directory named /home/pcpetsho/public_html/catalog//temp/ and that it is chmod 777.
