Wrong weight calculation in Checkout_shipping.php

Hi,

I am using Zone Rate shipping module. All my product has the weight less than 1lb. At the checkout, it is coming up 1lb more than the actual total weight. It will cause a over charge for our international customers. Can anyone please help me to fix this problem?
