email text for gift voucher system?

greetings-

i've been trying to find the text that gets sent to customers (via email) when they purchase a Gift Voucher.

when you originally purchase a gift voucher, the first email has a subject line of "Order Process" and the body of the message is mostly information gleaned from the database including store name, order number, a link to a detailed description of the order, the product ordered, etc.

anyone know which file calls for all of that information?

then, after the admin clears that voucher to the customer, another email goes out with the subject line "Gift Voucher Purchase". i think i found the files that contain that text.... but not the original email that gets sent out.

Did you mean this text:

You recently purchased a Gift Voucher from our online store.
For security reasons this was not made immediately available to you.
However this amount has now been released. You can now visit our store
and send the value via email to someone else

etc....
It in: catalog\includes\languages\english\gv_queue.php

no, the text that you quoted comes in the email with the subject line "Gift Voucher Purchase" and i found that text in the file you mentioned....

the one i'm concerned with has this:

and the reason i'm looking is that i'd like to let people know in this original email that we need to authorize the purchase before the amount shows up in their account. even if it's just a link to the GV FAQ page so they can read about it for themselves.

in the directory you specified, i think i've been editing gv_send.php rather than gv_queue.php.

i find that file in the admin side of things....

About line 290 to the end.... This is mostly generated using bit out of the DB and bit out of the language files...
