server 500 message running PHP

Folks, I am 100% sure that the error I am getting is not OSCmax related.
But I cannot find a solution and since some you of you are PHP experts it is why I am posting in this forum.

I am getting these errors which cause server 500

error messages:
1. Premature end of script headers: php-script, referer: blah blah
2. php-script: line 4: XXXX Segmentation fault

I am slow tracing it to zend script

These are my configs
PHP 4.3.10 (Zend: 1.3.0)
Apache/2.0.50 (Fedora)
MySQL 3.23.58
Linux 2.4.22-1.2115.nptl

Any ideas and feedback greatly appreciated

Called my hosting company. They have found irregularities with network connection. Problem fixed.
