Checkout with no order confirmation

Hello,

I have had several orders placed on my site that I receive payment confirmations from paypal & 2co but I do not receive an order confirmation email or pending order on my site when I log in, is there anyway to find these lost orders? Can someone please tell me how this is happening, and what I can do or where I can go to fix this issue. I am trying to avoid payments being made through either merchant without cart contents carried over.

I have done several test purchases and I can not figure out how customers payments are being accepted and no order confirmation is being sent to myself listing what has been purchased.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am working with the osmax 1.5 version.

Me too, it doesnt happen very often, but when it does it can cause problems... anyone?
