Default PlugnPay problem with checkout_payment.php in 1.7

I was using the PlugnPay API module successfully in OSC CRE Loaded, but the downloads and coupons never worked, so I switched to OSCMax, and not my payment module is broken.

checkout_payment.php doesn't show my correct template or the SSL connection that the other pages do.

I will pay for a solution to this problem, and my customers are having a hard time getting an order through.

Default Should CRE module work?

Is OSCMax in any way derived from CRE Loaded, or forked, etc. There is a specific PlugnPay module for CRE, and I was wondering whether there was any reason that it might work for OSCMax, too.

osCMax and CRE were developed independantly. There are, of course, similarities that stem from the common osC MS2 base.

I fixed my OSCMax 1.7 shop by using the CRE Loaded module for OSCommerce. There was one minor file edit I had to make, but it was pretty simple overall.

It is actually the other way around... osCMax was the first ms2 based loaded version that was released publicly (orignially called MS2 Max), although Ian's Loaded5 predates osCMax by about a year and was based on ms2 cvs code (not the final ms2 release), and then there was loaded4...

I may be mistaken, but I seem to recall seeing a lot of my orignial ms2max code in creloaded6 when it was first released (even some of my mistakes ) . They are quite divergent now though...
