Problem with UPS Shipping module

I'm running a heavily modded oscmax, and just got an email from a potential customer that couldnt checkout! He was very detailed in his email and even sent me a printscreen, so I doubted it was user error.

He gets through the checkout fine until he gets to the shipping area, ups is the only company we ship with. on clicking continue, it reloads the same page he was at. the first thing i though of was "maybe the product has no weight". I went ahead and tested it out myself (using his UK details), with a product that has a weight specified and I had the same problem, the page just reloads. I'm fairly certain UPS Ships to the UK (I cant say for sure, most of our overseas sales are freight based) Has anyone run into a problem like this before? anyone have any ideas?

Check your ups method. UPS ground is US only, and I bet that is what you are trying to use. See, if that truck stays on the ground, the poor driver is not going to survive, so they require an Air method
