Cannot go through order proccess after install Authorize.net

Hi,

My website: www.hbtoysncraft.com.

I have SSl installed, and just purchased Paymetent Gateway from Authorize.net. Everthing works fine if I do not install and setup with Authorize.net, but when I do it, I cannot go through Confirm. When I clicked on Confirm button, nothing happened untill waiting for about 20 minutes, then the following error message:

2013 - Lost connection to MySQL server during query

select p.products_id, pd.products_name, p.products_model, p.products_image, p.products_price, p.products_weight, p.products_tax_class_id from products p, products_description pd where p.products_id = '1' and pd.products_id = p.products_id and pd.language_id = '1'

I have been in fighting with this problem for two weeks, still in the mist. Please give me help. Thanks a millioin!

This is not an error in osC, but a problem with your mysql server. It is dropping connections, and this could be due to excessive server load, or bad mysql configuration. I suggest you check at the server level for your problem, not the application level.
