 How to Add Phone Number to Shipping Address? I need to find a way of having customers include a telephone number for the shipping address. I've searched unsuccessfully both here and on the osC forums, but so far have only seen similar requests from others - and all those have been unanswered. Apparently, some shipping companies like to have a phone number for where they're supposed to be delivering to. Not having a phone number seems to provide them with an excuse for delayed delivery, or even non-delivery. Hope someone can help. Thanks.     |
