Site Monitor Question

Hi Everyone,
I am installing a live chat system on my website and in fact it is already install and working properly you can go to www.giftsuniqueshop.com if you would like to check it out. Part of the system has a Site Monitor function that will tell me where in my site my customer are. But I do not know in which file I need to install this code in so that it will track my customers as they go from product to product. Does anyone know which file I need to edit in order to add this code to?
