 some orders saving all details as blank This site's been live for about 2 weeks now and does about 150 orders/day. We have found 2 orders (different days/times) that were blank apart from having an order number and the date and time created. Has anyone else come across this phenomena? Or anyone care to suggest a possible explanation? I have a theory that it might be due to a session timeout somewhere between starting the checkout process and hitting the button to confirm. Length of sessions on this server seem to be 24 minutes. Any comments/clues or similar experiences?     |
