Default Back End Help for Option Type Feature 1.6

First...I use oscMAX 1.5.5 and Option Type Feature 1.6
The feature is a must for my site and not available in oscMAX v2 as yet.
I have modified the back end pages products_attributes and new_attributes so that they work fine with this feature. Things I can do are:

In the TEXT OPTION add section:
Add a text option and have it create the text value set to "0" when the text option is created.
Add the text option comment field when the text option is created or edited
Add the text length field when the text option is created or edited

In the TEXT VALUE add section:
Eliminated the TEXT VALUE from displaying so that one doesn't create new TEXT VALUES not set to "0"...now controls only values set to radio, checkbox, and select

In the TEXT ATTRIBITE add section:
I set up with OPTION_SORT and VALUE_SORT entry fields
This enables one to enter the sort values and control which option is listed in what order and then which value is listed in what order under the option

    On the NEW_ATTRIBUTE page
Add in the above OPTION_SORT and VALUE_SORT entry fields so when you set up the atributes...you can set all of the sort values for things to display the way you want them all at one time when you choose your product attributes

Anyone using Option Type Feature 1.6 as part of oscMAX 1.5.5 knows the fun you have adding in the input TEXT fields without having it in the back end. I would think the back end not having support in the past is why this feature is not in oscMAX v2.

Question to you all...Does any one out there have a need for the back end support for Option Type Feature 1.6 ? I know this is for the old oscmax...but there was a lot of interest in this add on and I never saw the back end issues addressed. Let me know so that I will know if it would be worth my time packaging it up as a contribution.

Default I might be able to use this

    Hello,

I to am using the oscMax 1.5 with the original osC template. I sell clothing and many times I have to add different colors that come in different catalogs but they are all out of order so are the sizes, my first option in each product attribute is the select, but I do not sort them because the select would be moved to the bottom of the page, this sounds like something I could use on my site, do you think?

    Thank you,
    auntie22
