Help! Paypal checkout wont work!

I just tried putting through a test order on my site. However, when trying to send payment through Paypal, I get the following error -

"We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem"

I know for a fact the email associated with this is a good paypal email address, so what could be the problem?

Is this a message from paypal? Check to see if the paypal module is sending the correct information. Put it in debug mode and have it send you all the info that it is sending to paypal.

Is the paypal form correctly showing your paypal purchase page (after you are sent to paypal)

Ok heres what happens -

When I get to the confirmation_checkout screen, and click 'Confirm Order' I am taken to paypal where I get the error message posted above.
I have tried changing the paypal email to one of my 5 good paypal email addresses, and all of the receive this error.

I searched the forum and didnt see how to set the checkout to "debug mode" Can you please explain how to do this?

I have also tried replacing all of my "checkout files" on my website to ensure it wasnt some kind of an ftp problem when the site was created, and even after replacing all of the files, I'm still getting this error..
