Default How to Set Up Product for Immediate Download

Hi Everyone! I finally was successful in getting my downloaded products to setup properly.

However, if I buy a product using my credit card with my credit card processing company--EPN, the product is not available for download until I go into the ADMIN and change the order status to "processing".

This could be very time consuming and delay the customers ability to download. Does anyone else use EPN for a credit card processor and knows how to change the "set order status"? On my admin panel for EPN in payment modules, there is no "set order status" option, so is there a way to make it myself? Or is there a way to set up the order status for all payment modules somewhere else?

When I buy with Paypal, I can set the order status to "processing" and therefore I can download the product immediately after purchase.

Not sure what to do at this point as I really don't want to have to go into the admin for each order and change the status to "processing". Let me know some ideas. Thank you.

I don't use this order processor, but in the admin click on Modules -->> Payment and then EPN (or whichever link configures this credit card processor) there should be an option to "Set Order Status" You should be able to choose to have it set to "Delivered" , which will allow your customers to download the item as soon as the payment is processed.

You could just change "Processing" to the default order status in the admin under Localization > Order Status.
