Nagging Parse Problem

Hi,
Well, I tried to add my privacy notice and boched it up. I now have this error message that I can't correct. Here it is:
Parse error: parse error in e:\html\domains\afcapp.net\wwwroot\includes\langua ges\english\privacy.php on line 12
