Default php/sql file merging experts, question for you

I’m looking for someone that can merge a set of different php scripts I have that are all based on the same open-source script, however each variation of the script contain updated components that work with the main script. Sure merging the php files is one thing, the next and important step is making sure the sql db file of each variation is merged and work as one with the php files.

I’m no noob at php/sql coding however this is one step over my head. I know it can be done, I’ve used WinMerge and other merging programs to see the differences of each file however I’m lost!

I’m looking for someone that can accomplish what I’ve listed below, if you’re capable PM me a completion time frame and rate. If you can’t start this for a few weeks you need not PM as I’m looking to get this done ASAP.

Thanks
Q

Scripts to merge:
osCMax v1.7 - http://oscdox.com/
-Remove the coding for; Basic Template Structure 1.4a
B2Bsuite version 0.97 - http://www.caneblu.com
mosCommerce - http://mamboforge.net/projects/moscommerce/
The original script should be mosCommerce, oscMax and B2Bsuite should be merged into the mosCommerce files. File format/details are more detailed than just merging, explanation is available.

Add-on components after merge:
