Default Easypopulate temp directory missing

I have a fresh install of MS2-MAX
I tried using easypopulate to create .tab files in temp/ directory.
No error is reported but files are not created because install does not create /catalog/temp/ directory.

I created /catalog/temp and made it writeable by all and it worked ok.

two fixes are needed:
Report error when file open fails in easypopulate.php
MS2-MAX should include empty /catalog/temp/ directory in distribution.

laluna.

Think this is more of abug report than an addition to the docs. Will contact easypopulate maintainer.

I have changed the way I export from CVS, so the empty temp dir will be included in the next build of osCMax...
