Errors using EasyPopulate 2.72

Hi,
I have having problems uploading EP File with Easypopulate. I am running IIS 5, PHP 4.3.10, MYSQL 4.1.10, and currently using oscmax_v1.7. I am running the site off my laptop for testing. I am been trying to solve this problem, and i looked in the forum, and does not seem like anyone has the same issue as me. I already sent permission for easypopulate_functions.php, and I am still getting an error uploading the CVS files. I solved one problem already, but still got this one. Any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance.

Okay I fixed it... forgot to do something that was simple. Had to set permission for tmp folder in catalog. All good and done now.
