Default order confirmation email incomplete

hi people!
so todays issue involves order confirmation email being incomplete.
when a client orders from our site the ADMIN email and the CLIENT email are sent out but they ARE incomplete.

strange really....

It is a drag for me as ADMIN because we need to log in each order to see what they bought ( all info is being correctly passed to OSCOMMERCE and PAYPAL/CREDITCARD/ etc.. just not to the order confirmation)

also when me clients get their "recept email/ client confirmation email" it too cuts off.

no matter how many items are bought the email only show the first item completely and half of the second.. see below:
***********START OF ORDER EMAIL EXAMPLE***************

My CLOTHING COMPANY
------------------------------------------------------
Order Number: 692
Detailed Invoice: https://www.MyCLOTHINGCOMPANY.com/ac...hp?order_id=92
Date Ordered: Monday 28 March, 2005

testing checks email and taxes

Products
------------------------------------------------------
1 x big fat Head Tee (AGH-M01) = $23.00
Size 3XL
Color Black
1 x big fat Head Long Sleeve (Guys

******************END OF ORDER EMAIL EXAMPLE***************

any ideas people....would you guys need me to post my ORDERS.PHP ?

I have never seen this problem before. Have you made any modifications to the shop or is it a default installation?

it's default.

I was wondering if i didn't set up the TAXes correctly if it would cause such an error... or something like the ZONEs.. ( just guessing here.

so i found out the cause of my little thingy...
The item MODEL #'s i used were affecting the order emails.

I changed all MODEL #'s to a shorter less complex one and now all me emails are fine.

WEIRD!

Not weird if you were using characters reserved by php that were not escaped...
