I'm having a problem on my site with customers in foreign locations not being able to checkout. When they click "Proceed to checkout", they successfully reach the DELIVERY INFORMATION page. However, they can't seem to get past that -- when they click "Continue," the Delivery Information page simply reloads endlessly. Anyone have a clue what's going on? I've got MS-MAX installed and the only shipping option I have running is UPS ground. Note: shipping within the US (my location) works perfectly. I posted this same message several months ago and got no reply. My clients are getting desparate! Thanks ahead of time, Greg

I had the same issue. It seemed to resolve itself. I was messing around with the 'cookie domain' in configure.php, and I reuploaded checkout_shipping.php .. Not quite sure how it started working. Previously I wonder if I'd messed it up either with a OPEN_BASEDIR thing. But I think it's just a slightly incorrect configure.php. Hope this helps,

I tried reuploading those files - both checkout_shipping.php within the main directory and also within the includes/languages/english directory. No change though. Thanks for the feedback! You're the first person to reply in three months! Cheers, Greg

Hey, that makes total sense! I'll try adding in another shipping model and see what happens.

Thanks so much! That was exactly it. Once I added the new shipping methods, it worked like a charm. Too bad there's not a notice in osCommerce letting you know that you simply can't ship there. If I was a better PHP coder I'd add one in! Cheers, Greg Heffron

| Being familiar with the services you offer would have saved you a lot of headache. If you sell it (even shipping) you should know what the services actually are. A quick perusal of ups.com would have given you the answer in short order. This running a business thing can really be work...
