Checkout_Shipping redirecting to checkout_payment.php

Hi I am using MAX 1.7. When I hit the check out button it goes to the payment page straight instead of going to the shipping info page. Please advice.

Product weight must not be set to zero or blank, or shipping is skipped...

i have the same problem.
does this mean i have to go through each item and add weight?
is there a way to have zero product weight and not to skip the delivery page??

No. zero weight is reserved for items that are virtual and do not require shipping, like downloads and gift vouhers.

All products that use shipping must have a weight.

i just took that small piece of code which redirects if zero out and it all works fine.

Of course you have now broken the Gift vouchers and downloads manager by doing that. Of course, if you are not using either of them, no worries...
