National and International shipping and payment problem

Hi.

Here's the set-up I want to achieve;

1. Nationally have banded prices for shipping - hence using 'TABLE RATE'

2. Internationally have a fixed rate - hence using 'FLAT RATE'

I want only the relevant shipping to be shown depening on whether the customer is a National customer, or International customer.

I am having trouble getting the FLAT RATE to show up on international customers when the 'NON-GB' zone I created is selected in the 'shipping zone' option.

Alternatively, (even better), how to set up national TABLE RATE and international TABLE RATE - using zones?? I do not want to type out ALL the non-national countries for the second zone.

I want to achieve a similar set-up in Payment - accept only Nochex in the UK and PayPal internationally.. anyone know how to achieve this set-up?
