Safeguard Internet Gateway Payments

I may need to setup a payment service from Global Electronic Technology. They can supply a merchant account and they have their own payment gateway called SafeGuard Internet Gateway. I want this client to use Authorize.net but these other guys are A LOT less money. They said they would send me a secure link to post the order data to, but how would I configure it in OSCMAX? Would I need to create a payment module or is there a form action somewhere I would edit. Perhaps one of the checkout_ files
