| I installed OSC Max. I want to uplaod products using Easy Populate, but can't find it. On another site I built it was in admin under "catalog." Di I still need to install it? I thought it was included in OSC Max? |

| Hi Looks like it hasnt been loaded to the 'catalog' admin box. Go to Administrators-->File Access--> click on the catalog folder, a dropdown box will appear on the right...scroll down to the easypopulate file and add it (save). It should then appear under catalog in the admin. Cheers Kim

| Okay, I'm stumped. I can't find an "Administrators" option anywhere. My admin page looks identical to my admin page for another site just using osc 2.2. Am I missing something? |

| Yes. You are missing osCMax. If it is identical to osc 2.2, then you are running 2.2, not oscmax. Check your installation and database. Looks to me like you installed the wrong files...

| Hi, Im having sort of the same problem here, but Im afraid I have Osc 2.2 and OscMax 1.7 both showing in areas. www.cienegacreek.com/catalog/default then the one I want and have been working on www.cienegacreek.com/catalog . one of the problems is that my admin page looks just like the Osc one, just with a few added things, however, all the products and attributes and such that are on the www.cienegacreek.com/catalog we put there through the admin page that looks like the Osc admin. very strange but I think there are partial installs of both. any ideas anyone? |

| I have actually seen this happen if your sessions directory is the same for both sites and your using file session storage. Heck, ive even seen one stores category list in an entirely different store on the same server!!!

| also, when I go to www.cienegacree.com/admin, I am able to log in there with the username and password that I originally used in Osc, not admin@localhost.com then admin. And when I go to view my store from that page it pulls up the OscMax page. But if I go through the Oscommerce control panel and view the store through there, it pulls up what I believe to be the Osc 2.2. Im just really confused and I really would like to be able to fix it without losing everything. |
